Take 20 ml Everyday Noni Juice in a normal glass and add normal drinking water in to it and you can consume this in the morning and in the evening 30 minutes before food or as directed by your health advisor. It is also good to have lots of drinking water throughout the day.
Pregnant women and patients undergoing major surgery should avoid it and take advice from your family doctor. Also, people with chronic kidney disease or kidney failure are better off avoiding noni juice.
